How is everybody doing?  This weather makes me want to make all kinds of comfort food without changing any ingredients ;O  The hard part is wanting to make a meal for my family (only 3 of us now) and eating all of it.  Or when it comes to meal times, I should be eating even though I may not be hungry.  My will power and temptations stink.  I like food!  Thanks for listening.  And it's only the first week - pitty party on me today.

  1. Hang in there Jenny, you can do it! Make sure you eat breakfast. I know I have a harder time avoiding temptations when I haven't had breakfast (which I tend to skip often). But when I do eat breakfast, even if it's only a banana, I feel much better & find I'm better able to stay away from the junk. It's like playing a trick on my brain. "I started the day out great by having breakfast, so let's not ruin it now by eating junk food". Most of changing out eating habits it all in our heads anyway. So if we send it some good signals, hopefully our bodies will follow suit. : )
